How it works: Connect HubSpot, toggle BCC logging. We add HubSpot’s BCC on the fly to emails you send from connected mailboxes. HubSpot then attaches them to the right contacts and companies. No forwarding, no copy‑paste (yes, really). Your team keeps full context.

Improvements:
- New emails process instantly, so timelines and suggestions refresh faster.
- Smoother first‑sync: recent emails and events load quicker and in the right order.
- “Nothing review” → “No action taken,” with clearer activity text.
- Import settings explain how AI reasoning is used.
