FirstQuadrant

In 2023, I co-founded FirstQuadrant with Carlo Badini. FirstQuadrant is an all-in-one AI sales platform that turns B2B outbound sales into a fully scalable system — from finding and qualifying prospects to writing personalized email sequences to autonomously managing replies.

We raised funding from Y Combinator (S23) and grew to serve fast-growing startups like Athina, Caribou, and CoCEO. The platform shipped weekly updates every Monday for over six months.

As co-founder and CTO/CPO, I was responsible for the entire product — I built the first version of the platform and led the design and development as we grew. I designed the human-in-the-loop architecture that let users gradually increase AI autonomy, from manual approval to full autopilot, building trust incrementally.

FirstQuadrant was acquired in October 2025.
